Over 200 patrons packed out the Venue theatre Ratoath community Centre on Saturday night the 28th of January at our annual boxing show . We had some brilliant bouts and a host of great boxers. The “fight of the night “ was between local lad Daniel Philips Holahan and Antonio Bookaya from East Meath Many thanks to all who contributed to such a great night, ( including all our sponsors in particular our main sponsor the Auld Stand) , the MC, John McEvoy and of course a big thank you to Swords BC; East Meath BC; St. Pats, Newry; Crumlin BC; Dunboyne BC and Rathfriland BC for travelling over to make this a great occasion for all.
Special mention also and a well deserved bualadh bos to all the staff at Ratoath community Centre who helped organise last night’s event
Finally we had our annual awards presentation which were given to Gavin Ryan ( Boxer of the Year) , Dylan Conroy ( Junior Boxer of the year) and Sean Caffrey (Most improved boxer of 2022) .
